    For the past 12 years, I’ve lived and breathed content marketing. But for nearly my entire life, I’ve been a voracious and skilled writer. I wasn’t always clear on where my writing passion would take me, but I knew that whatever career path I took, it had to involve writing (and a lot of it!)

    Graduating with a degree in Communications from Kent State University in 2013, I took a marketing role that opened up new career opportunities I hadn’t yet considered. Throughout the next eight years, I climbed the corporate ladder at a large medical device manufacturer, learning the ins and outs of digital marketing. While I dove deeper into aspects of marketing like SEO, social media, email and paid advertising, I always circled back to my passion—content.

    While I love the experience I’m gaining as an in-house marketing leader, I feel a strong passion to use my skills for the greater good. With my rich background in B2B tech content marketing, I’m ready to help you tell your story so that you can keep building a better future.

    In my free time, you can find me sipping a seasonal latte in a local coffee shop, practicing yoga, or testing out new playground equipment with my husband, five-year-old son and toddler daughter.

    Why sustainability tech content marketing?

    An opportunity in 2019 allowed me to play a part in forming a corporate sustainability program, including participating in a global sustainability committee, creating and managing an internal sustainability site, and sharing the company’s sustainability vision through social media. This opened my mind to big questions I had, perhaps subconsciously, pushed under the rug:

    • What are we doing as a human race to make Earth a sustainable, healthy place to live for generations to come?

    • What’s my role in driving this change?

    • How can I use my talents for the greater good?

    Since then, I’ve had pivotal roles in two fast-paced SaaS companies heading up the content marketing strategy, solidifying my passion for turning a brand’s mission into words which, in return, drive action.
